Body in Balance Performance Enhancement Center is dedicated to improving the health and lifestyle of people of all ages. We offer both proactive and reactive fitness solutions for a variety of common goals including, but not limited to, the following:
- Improved general health and wellness

- Return to activity or sport following injury
- Athletic Performance Enhancement
- Sport-specific Development
In order to achieve these goals, Body in Balance Performance Enhancement Center integrates the expertise and experience of Physical Therapists, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and Personal Trainers to provide clients with a competitive training advantage based on current scientific evidence. This advantage lies not only in progressive training techniques but also through emphasis on injury prevention. The Performance Enhancement Center offers a wide variety of services including:

Gym Memberships – Includes unlimited access to facilities as well as
strength training and cardiovascular equipment during hours of operation. -
Personal Training – Individual sessions with a qualified certified personal trainer designed to achieve your personal fitness goals.

Sports Performance Training – All initial sessions will be conducted in an evaluative fashion in order to determine the athlete’s current abilities. A customized training program will be designed to address areas of potential improvement dictated by each athlete’s specific sport. Training will be focused on developing speed, power, agility, durability, endurance, strength, and sport-specific skills. Care will be coordinated by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Wellness Consultation – Individual one-hour assessment performed by a qualified Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Assessment will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Musculoskeletal evaluation (strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscle imbalance, injury predisposition)
- Cardiovascular evaluation (aerobic capacity, determination of appropriate training zones, vital sign assessment)
- Neurological evaluation (balance, coordination, agility)
A personalized wellness program will be created based on the findings of this assessment.
